We did a service project for our neighbors making Quarantine Essential Oil Care kits for immune & respiratory support! ❤️It was a great way to put the kids to work helping others.

These kits contain two roller bottles of essential oils, one for immune support and one for respiratory support, along with instructions on how to use them. 😉😍

I gave people a little mini reference book so they can learn more about how essential oils can help protect them.So, you can look up many health issues in these, and see what oils are recommended and how they’re used.

Several of my neighbors offered to give me something in return, and that was super sweet! One of them said she was going to leave out some homemade soap, and another told me to take some tomato starts off her porch and ended up giving us some homemade lip balm, yes! Another gave us 2 jars of homemade jam…yummy!

How These Oils Are Used

These oils can be rubbed on topically on the throat, over the lungs, and on the bottoms of the feet. My hope is that these will be tools to help protect those in our neighborhood who are more susceptible or high risk.

Eucalyptus oil is in both of these blends, and you can read studies about this oil at the Aromatic Science website.

The Results

We had so much fun delivering our Quarantine Essential Oil Care kits to our neighbors! But we only went to people we personally know. It was great to just see people’s faces. Many, we just left at the door, rang the bell and waved as we pulled out of the driveway.
