Ingredients
Pita bread or pockets, I prefer a whole wheat
Red sauce or pesto sauce, leftover pasta or marinara sauce works great! Add a drop of basil essential oil to your jar of sauce, if you like, to add flavor and boost immunity
Toppings, pick your preference! We love pepperoni, pineapple, quick sautéed veggies, or whatever leftovers are in the fridge.
Cheese! We just sprinkle some sparingly on the top.
