With five kids at home, I need fast meals, a Quick n’ Healthy Pita Pizzas! This is one of my recent favorites, because it takes under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Pita bread or pockets, I prefer a whole wheat
  • Red sauce or pesto sauce, leftover pasta or marinara sauce works great! Add a drop of basil essential oil to your jar of sauce, if you like, to add flavor and boost immunity
  • Toppings, pick your preference! We love pepperoni, pineapple, quick sautéed veggies, or whatever leftovers are in the fridge.
  • Cheese! We just sprinkle some sparingly on the top.

Instructions

Toast to desired crispiness!
