Wild Orange Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

I love this Wild Orange Coconut Chia Seed Pudding and its a healthy way to incorporate some healthy fats and is much better for you than packaged pudding. Wild Orange essential oil is a great way to brighten your day and will give you a great boost. Eat this pudding as a snack or I enjoy a spoonful of it on top of my morning oatmeal and topped with fresh fruit.

Wild Orange Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
  • 1 drop Wild Orange oil or favorite essential oil

Combine all ingredients in container. Stir to combine Place in refrigerator to set for 2 hours. Stir before serving. If pudding is to thick, add more milk. Top with fruit of choice.
